Fully Automatic Rolling and Laser Welding System for Fabricating Tubes

Our team at Schebler Specialty Fab is experienced in rolling metal to produce cylindrical fabrications and detailed parts.

We utilize multiple rolling machines to accommodate complex projects that include tanks, chimneys, wear plates, blow pipes and more.

Schebler Specialty Fab also has programmable rolling machines for creating oblong, elliptical and oval shaped tubes. We provide complete fabrication for production, emergency, custom job shop and prototype projects by joining our rolling capabilities with our other processes.

Rolling capability examples are: (not inclusive - ask about your specific application)

• Mild steel -  3/8" thick
• Stainless steel - 1/4" thick
• Aluminum Up to - 1/2" thick
• Sheet Size - 10' x 10'

Complete fabrications are available for production, emergency, custom job shop and prototype projects by joining our rolling capabilities with our other processes, such as: laser cutting, Waterjet cutting, TIG welding, MIG welding, Shearing, Painting & Surface Prep, Kitting, Assembly and Design & Engineering.
